Public Offer Agreement

This document is an official public offer (the “Offer”) by Individual Entrepreneur Pasiletskyi Viktor (the “Provider”) to conclude an agreement for the provision of access to the Quillo software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”) on the terms below.

1. Subject

The Provider grants the Customer access to the Service, which generates on-brand marketing communications from a brief. The Service is digital and provided online.

2. Acceptance

The Customer accepts this Offer by registering an account and/or paying for a subscription. Acceptance constitutes a binding agreement on these terms together with the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

3. Price and payment

The cost corresponds to the selected subscription plan, displayed in US dollars (USD) and charged monthly. Payments are processed by WayForPay (Visa, Mastercard). Access is activated immediately after a successful payment.

4. Rights and obligations

The Provider undertakes to provide access to the Service and reasonable support. The Customer undertakes to use the Service lawfully and to pay the applicable fees.

5. Term and termination

The agreement is effective from acceptance until the Customer cancels the subscription. Either party may terminate as set out in the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
