These Terms govern your use of Quillo (the “Service”), a software-as-a-service platform that generates on-brand marketing communications (email, pop-up, SMS, push and inbox messages) from a brief, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Pasiletskyi Viktor (“we”, “us”).

1. The Service

Quillo is a digital, online-only service. Access is provided immediately after your subscription is activated and payment is confirmed. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Accounts

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, credits and billing

The Service is offered on credit-based monthly subscription plans. Each communication consumes credits depending on the channel and the number of target languages. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by our payment providers — WayForPay (Visa/Mastercard) for card payments and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, request or distribute:

Sexual, pornographic, NSFW or otherwise adult content of any kind, including sexually explicit text and content that sexualizes minors — this is strictly prohibited.
unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent or misleading content;
hateful, harassing, violent or otherwise harmful content;
content that violates the rules of the channels, networks or CRMs through which you send it, or that breaches applicable advertising, gambling and consumer-protection laws.

You are responsible for the content you generate and send. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. AI technology

Quillo generates content using large language models provided by Anthropic (the Claude family). Your briefs and brand materials are processed via Anthropic’s API to produce the output. AI output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing content before use. See our Privacy Policy for details on data processing and subprocessors.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the brand materials you upload and of the communications generated for you. We retain all rights in the Service itself.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may update or modify features over time.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section. Cancellation stops future charges; see our Refund Policy.

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
