Refund Policy

Quillo is a digital service delivered online. Because access and generated communications are provided immediately, fees for services already rendered are generally non-refundable, except as described below or as required by applicable law.
1. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Billing section. Cancellation stops all future charges. The current paid period remains active until its end; we do not provide partial refunds for an already-started billing period unless required by law.
2. Credit refunds (appeals)
If a generated communication is defective or does not meet the expected quality, you may submit an appeal directly from the communication in the app, requesting a refund of the credits spent. Each appeal is reviewed individually and, if approved, the credits are returned to your workspace balance.
3. Failed or duplicate charges
If you are charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge for a service that was not provided), contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse the transaction.
4. How to request
Use the in-app appeal for credit refunds, or email support@quillo.cc for billing matters. We respond within a reasonable time.
5. Transaction cancellation
To cancel a transaction or report a payment issue, contact support@quillo.cc with your order details.
