Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Quillo (the “Service”, quillo.cc), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Pasiletskyi Viktor (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and shares information when you use the Service.

1. Information we collect

Account data — your email address and authentication details, handled by our identity provider (Clerk).
Content you provide — brand materials, example templates, briefs and instructions you upload, and the marketing communications generated for you.
Billing data — plan, subscription status and transaction references. Full card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
Usage data — basic product analytics and logs used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service, generate content from your briefs, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, ensure security and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

3. AI model and provider disclosure

Quillo generates content using large language models provided by Anthropic — the Claude family (e.g., Claude Sonnet and Claude Haiku). To generate a communication, the brief and relevant brand materials you provide are transmitted to Anthropic’s API for processing and the generated text is returned to you. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, inputs and outputs submitted through the API are not used to train Anthropic’s models. We may change or add model providers over time and will update this disclosure accordingly.

4. Service providers (subprocessors)

We rely on the following processors to run the Service:

Anthropic — AI content generation (Claude models).
Clerk — authentication and account management.
Vercel — application hosting.
Neon — database hosting.
Cloudflare R2 — storage of uploaded assets.
WayForPay and NOWPayments — payment processing (cards and crypto).
Resend — transactional email delivery.
PostHog — product analytics.

5. Data retention

We retain account and content data while your account is active. You can delete your workspace data at any time from Settings, and you may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@quillo.cc.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed by our providers in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
